Romaine Salad with Pecans and Pears

Servings: 6
  • 2 heads romaine lettuce, washed, dried and chopped
  • 2 each pears, cut in cubes and tossed in lemon water (to keep pears from turning brown)
  • 1/2 cup pecans
  • 1/3 cup seasoned rice vinegar
  • 1/3 cup pear nectar
  • Sea salt and fresh ground pepper to taste
Toss all ingredients together and serve.
