Pumpkin Mousse

Serves 4
  • 15 ounces pumpkin
  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • 2 tablespoons pumpkin pie spice
  • 3 tablespoons turbinado sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 tablespoons chopped pecans (or a dozen whole pecans)
Whip cream until peaks form. Fold in all other ingredients except pecans. Serve in small dessert bowls and top with pecans.
