- 25 ounces garbanzo beans, canned, rinsed and drained
- 2 teaspoons grape seed oil
- 1 teaspoon Judy's house seasonings
- Place garbanzo beans in a kitchen towel and dry well, remove any loose skins.
- Place beans on a baking sheets and toss with grape seed oil and Judy's seasoning.
- Roast in a 400 degree oven for 20 minutes.
