Romaine Avocado Tomato Salad Recipe

Servings: 4
  • 1 head Romaine lettuce
  • 1 large avocado
  • 2 medium tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon sunflower seeds
  • 1/4 cup rice wine vinegar, seasoned
  • sea salt and black pepper to taste
 Wash and dry Romaine lettuce and tear in pieces. Cube avocado and chopped tomatoes, toss all together and serve.
