We had an excellent turnout for my second "Courage in the Kitchen" Cooking Class offered through Open Harvest. These classes, which take place at Grace Lutheran Church in Lincoln, are an excellent hands-on experience. Participants make new friends, sample some great food, and best of all -- learn new ways to fix fabulous meals.
